Need help with One Line? Use this page for app support, subscription questions, privacy requests, and store review contact information.

For support requests, email us at:

Please include your device model, iOS or Android version, app version, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Subscriptions and billing

One Line subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play.

To manage or cancel a subscription, open your Apple Account subscription settings on iOS or your Google Play subscription settings on Android. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. One Line cannot directly refund purchases processed by the App Store or Google Play.

Restore purchases

If paid features are not available after subscribing, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase.

If the app offers a restore purchases option, use it first. If access is still missing, contact support with your platform and approximate purchase date. Do not send full payment card information.

Data deletion and privacy requests

To request deletion of personal data associated with your One Line account or support messages, contact support@oneline-app.com or use the options available in the app when provided.

Deleting app data or requesting account deletion does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled through Apple or Google.

Technical issues

If the app crashes, does not sync, or generated chapters do not appear as expected, try updating One Line to the latest version, restarting the app, and checking your network connection.

If the issue continues, contact support and include steps to reproduce the problem when possible.
